Meet our Founder and Executive Director

Cherry Ann Chishti, MA, BCBA, LSSGB, is the founder and lead visionary behind Chishti Care International. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and specialized educator, she is dedicated to bridging the gap between clinical theory and compassionate, real-world application.


She holds a Master of Arts degree and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB) designation, credentials she leverages to optimize organizational processes and streamline evidence-based training programs. Her work focuses on developing curricula that meet rigorous international standards while advocating for inclusive education and accessible care models. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to empowering professionals and families through high-quality, practical instruction in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
